Aruba EdgeConnect SD-WAN solution is the Aruba Orchestrator, Aruba EdgeConnect appliances, Aruba Boost, and Advanced Security features.

Aruba Orchestrator - The orchestrator is the brains of the EdgeConnect Enterprise platform, allowing enterprises to centrally assign business intent policies to secure and control applications across the WAN.

Aruba EdgeConnect appliance - The appliances are the gateways at the edge with routing, security, advanced application visibility and control, and SD-WAN.

Aruba BOOST - When branch offices are deployed as part of an SD-WAN, enterprises may require higher performance for specific applications. Enterprises can subscribe to Boost and accelerate application performance as needed.

In the following sections, it will cover in more detail the Aruba EdgeConnect Integration endpoints for the Orchestrator and Appliances. The sections will lead into best practices and examples of how to use REST APIs using examples in appliance and orchestrator monitoring.

Note: Accessing the Restful API you will need to download the Aruba Orchestrator and EdgeConnect virtual appliance (EC-V) from the support page. If you have an EdgeConnect physical appliance you do not need to download the EC-V appliance.
