Sends an optimization request to Airmatch to compute and deploy a solution

Sends an optimization request to Airmatch to compute and deploy a solution based on user provided runmode and other parameters. Runmode is a required parameter and valid values are ON-DEMAND, INCREMENTAL, and OPMODE.
