List source recommendations

Returns source recommendations in collection format.

Behavior:

  • If site-id is -1, API returns global recommendations (across all sites).
  • If site-id is provided and not -1, API returns site-level recommendations.
  • If id is provided, recommendations are filtered for that insight and site-level response includes detailed data.
