Reset a BGP neighbor session.

Resets the BGP session for a specific neighbor or all neighbors on a device. Supports the Idempotency-Key request header for safe retries.

Serial number of the device.

IP address of the BGP neighbor to reset. If omitted, all neighbors are reset.

Optional unique identifier for idempotent retries. If provided, duplicate requests with the same key within the retention window (24 hours) will return the original response.
