Returns switch details for the given serial or stack id.

(Deprecated) This API provides switch details for a serial or stack id for a specific site. Conductor serial may also be used instead of a stack id. For stacked switches, it includes logical switch details and trend data. To view member level information, refer to the listStackMember api.
