Read configured IoT parameters

The IoT function on an Access Point (AP) involves managing and facilitating communication between various IoT
devices and the network. This includes configuring and maintaining radio profiles, transport protocols, Zigbee
services, and specific systems like SES-imagotag's Electronic Shelf Label (ESL) system. Below is a brief description
of each sub-configuration:
Radio Profile List - Defines the configuration parameters for different radio profiles used by IoT devices. This
includes settings such as mode, transmit power, and radio types etc.
Transport Profile List - Specifies the transport protocols and settings used for communication between IoT devices
and the network. This includes protocols like IoTops, HPPTS, and HTTP.
Zigbee Service Profile List - Contains the configuration details for Zigbee services, including network settings,
device roles, and service-specific parameters.
SES-imagotag's Electronic Shelf Label (ESL) System - Captures the configuration details specific to SES-imagotag's ESL system, including label types, update intervals, and communication settings.
