Create a RIP profile

https://de1.api.central.arubanetworks.com/network-config/v1alpha1/rip/

RIP routing profile defining router instances, redistribution
rules, timers, administrative distance, and interface
configurations. Each entity is identified by profile name.
Use these APIs to create, modify, or delete a RIP profile
instance.

LOCAL - To create local objects. SHARED - To create shared objects. Default - Defaults to SHARED if not provided
