Configures FIB (Forwarding Information Base) Optimization route age-out time.If a host route entry is
designated for ageing, and no traffic is using the route for configured amount of age time, the route
entry will be removed from the ASIC. When traffic using that route resumes,
the route entry will be inserted back to ASIC.
