Read port channel(s) interface configurations

Port Channel (Link Aggregation Group/LAG) interfaces combine multiple
physical Ethernet links into a single logical interface for increased
bandwidth, load balancing, and redundancy per IEEE 802.3ad. Port
channels support static aggregation and dynamic LACP negotiation with
features including VLAN trunking, routing protocols, access control,
and QoS policies. Configure port channel member interfaces, LACP
parameters, VLAN assignments, IP addressing, and link protection
settings. Supported scopes: Device. Device Limits: Gateway supports
port channels 0-7 (8 total). Use this API to retrieve the list of
port channel interfaces.

LIBRARY - Returns shared objects in library. For LIBRARY, all other parameters listed below, except 'detailed' , will be ignored. LOCAL - Returns configurations for a scope and one or more device function based on parameters below.

Retrieves LOCAL or SHARED or both(default) configuration objects.
