Bulk delete device-groups

This API is used to delete one or more existing device groups using a bulk delete operation.

Important: This API is supported only in Central On-Prem and standalone Central accounts. If your Central account has both Classic Central & Central (i.e. if you see the Classic Central toggle in the UI), this API is not supported & will not work.
