Update existing MPSK LOCAL profile configuration

LOCAL - To update local objects. SHARED - To update shared objects. Default - Defaults to SHARED if not provided

MPSK Local Passphrase list. An MPSK Local profile supports configuring up to 24 passphrases, with each passphrase matching
