The System Resources Monitor daemon collects system parameters
(i.e., CPU usage, memory usage, open FD’s) for the overall system
and all running daemons, then writes it into the OVSDB during every
poll interval (~10 sec is default and minimum). This captures the
current value of these monitoring parameters, which is then displayed
using CLI show commands.
