Delete community-list by community-list-name-community-type

BGP Community List definition with a unique name and type specification. Each list contains an ordered sequence of entries with permit or deny actions and community values in the format specified by the list type: Standard (specific numeric community values), Expanded (regular expression patterns), or Extended (extended community values and route targets for VPN and EVPN services)
