To configure and manage port profiles. A port-profile can be used to configure
ethernet interface. Same profile can be applied to multiple interfaces and
avoids repeating same configuration for interfaces. Gigabit ethernet config, LLDP,
spanning-tree, switch-port configuration, etc can be applied using the port-profile.
