Read existing prefix-list with name {prefixListName} under address-family {AddressFamily}

https://de1.api.central.arubanetworks.com/network-config/v1alpha1/prefix-lists/

IPv4 or IPv6 prefix list for route filtering in routing
protocols. Each entity is identified by prefix-list-name
and address-family combination. Configure ordered
permit/deny entries with IP prefix matching and optional
prefix length constraints (ge/le) for granular route
control.

Composite key combining prefix-list-name and address-family separated by tilde (~). Uniquely identifies each prefix list configuration within the system. Format: prefix-list-name~address-family

LIBRARY - Returns shared objects in library. For LIBRARY, all other parameters listed below, except 'detailed' , will be ignored. LOCAL - Returns configurations for a scope and one or more device function based on parameters below.
