Configuration of UBT (User based Tunnel) Profiles.
This feature creates UBT GRE tunnel between the
switch and the controller when UBT users are
present on the switch. It encapsulates incoming
packets from end-hosts in GRE and forwards them
to the Mobility Controller.The feature is enabled
on a Per User Tunneled Node basis.
