Delete the profile for MGMD

MGMD profile defining IGMP and MLD snooping parameters, querier
settings, fast-leave options, static multicast groups, and refresh
intervals for multicast traffic management. Each entity is
identified by profile name. Use these APIs to create, modify, or
delete an MGMD profile instance.

LOCAL - To delete local objects. SHARED - To delete shared objects. Default - Defaults to SHARED if not provided
