BGP Community Lists configuration. A BGP Community is a 32-bit value used to classify and group routes for policy application. This container manages three types of Community Lists: Standard (specific community values), Expanded (regular expression patterns), and Extended (route targets and extended community formats). Each list contains ordered entries with permit or deny actions for route classification and policy enforcement
