Add logging option and collector here

1. Notice is usually fine "Info" can provide more details.

If "Minimum Severity is set to "none" no logs are sent

Facilities

Facilities allows different category logs to go to different log receivers

Example: (sending System, Firewall, and IDS/IPS logs to different destinations.)
