Reference Resource: QoS_COS_Map_Entry
The identifier for an entry in the COS map that is the 802.1Q priority code point for this entry.

It may be used later in the pipeline in packet-drop decision points. The default is 'green'.

Used for customer documentation. When empty, the default_description key value from the hw_defaults column will be used.

This is a switch internal meta-data value that will be associated with the packet. This value will be used later to select the egress queue for the packet. When empty, the default_local_priority key value from the hw_defaults column will be used.
