To communicate with appliance DELETE APIs directly.

delete http://127.0.0.1:8080/appliance/rest

Only use this if you truly want to perform delete operation on appliance API directly from Orchestrator UI. Just need to input /shaper in {url} to communicate with /rest/json/shaper.
