Retrieves a list of HTTP requests that were blocked by the IP allow list security feature. Each entry contains the source IP, requested resource path, X-Forwarded-For header value, and timestamp. Results are ordered by most recent first, with a maximum of 1000 records retained. Useful for security monitoring and troubleshooting access issues.
