Initiates an on-demand download of IDS/IPS (Intrusion Detection/Prevention System) signatures from the Silver Peak Cloud Portal. This endpoint triggers a background job that fetches the latest signature updates. If a download job is already running, no new job will be started. Not available when Orchestrator is in Air-Gap mode.
