Initiates a new registration cycle with Cloud Portal for all configured secondary accounts. Resets current registration state, clears cached emails and error messages, and triggers an asynchronous background registration process. No request body is required. Configure secondary account credentials via POST /spPortal/account/secondary before calling this endpoint. Registration runs in background; poll GET endpoint to check completion.
