Retrieves the list of Azure cloud resources associated with an Azure Internal Load Balancer deployment. Returns resource names and Azure resource IDs extracted from the Terraform state. Resources include azurerm_lb, azurerm_lb_backend_address_pool, azurerm_lb_probe, and azurerm_lb_rule.
