Retrieves both active (in-progress) and recent (last completed) restore status for a specific appliance. Use this endpoint to poll for restore operation progress after initiating a restore via POST /appliance/restore. The 'active' object is populated only when a restore is currently in progress; otherwise returns an empty object. The 'recent' object contains the last completed restore status from the database.
