Tests the connection to AWS Transit Gateway Network Manager using the configured subscription credentials. Attempts login to AWS and returns the connectivity status. If connection fails, a GMS alarm (FAILED_TO_CONNECT_TO_AWS) is raised. Successful connections clear any existing AWS connection alarms.
