Queue appliance for deletion from Orchestrator for rediscovery

http://127.0.0.1:8080/appliance/deleteForDiscovery

Removes an appliance from Orchestrator management by queuing it for deletion, allowing it to be rediscovered later. The appliance must exist in Orchestrator. This operation logs the deletion action and prioritizes the appliance in the orchestration task queue.
