Create or update DNS-based application classification

Creates or updates a user-defined DNS-based application classification. The domain in the query parameter must match the domain in the request body. Upon success, the system recalculates merged DNS classification data and updates the hash code. Requires READ_WRITE permission.

When true, this classification rule is disabled and will not be applied.
