Get Multicast Interface State

Retrieves PIM (Protocol Independent Multicast) interface state information for a specific appliance. Returns details about designated router configuration, interface IPs, and generation IDs for each multicast-enabled interface. Always fetches fresh data directly from the appliance (no caching).
