Retrieves the OSPF (Open Shortest Path First) system-level configuration for all VRFs on the specified appliance. Data can be fetched directly from the appliance or from the Orchestrator cache. The response is a map where keys are segment IDs and values are OSPF system configurations including redistribution settings and router ID.
