Update GRNode position coordinates

Updates the position coordinates (wx, wy, latitude, longitude) for a specific GRNode on the topology map. Requires READ_WRITE authorization. Only the position fields are updated; other GRNode properties are ignored.

Unique identifier for the GRNode to update (format: '.GrNode', e.g., '1.GrNode'). This parameter is required.

Position coordinates to update. Only wx, wy, latitude, and longitude values are processed; other fields are ignored.
