Adds a discovered appliance to Orchestrator without sending approval to the cloud portal. Use this API when you want to add an appliance that was discovered via /appliance/discovered but do not need portal-based licensing approval. The appliance will be added to the NE table and will begin orchestration. To license the appliance through the portal after adding, use /license/portal/appliance/grant API.
