Returns the IP SLA (Service Level Agreement) monitoring configuration for Netskope third-party tunnel integration. This configuration defines how the SD-WAN appliances monitor tunnel health to Netskope service edges using ICMP ping probes. The returned settings include probe intervals, thresholds for marking tunnels up/down, loss/latency thresholds, and the source interface used for probes. The destination field is dynamically generated based on Netskope POP endpoints and should not be manually set.
