Creates or updates the mapping of Azure Virtual WAN names to EdgeConnect appliance IDs (nePks). This triggers orchestration progress updates for all affected appliances and initiates automated IPsec tunnel configuration. Requires VTI IP Pool to be configured beforehand. The action is recorded in the audit log. Minimum appliance version required: 8.3.0.4.
