Permanently removes an SSE connector pool configuration by its ID. This operation is transactional and performs the following steps: (1) locks the pool record, (2) deletes all connector interfaces associated with the pool's region, (3) deletes the pool master entry. Requires READ_WRITE permission. An audit log entry is created for the deletion operation.
