Returns the current operational status of all Cloud Portal related services running on the Orchestrator. This is a debug API useful for monitoring connectivity and health of Portal integration services including trust establishment, registration, WebSocket connection, ZTP, phone home, account key management, secondary account registration, and AAS license token services.
