Retrieves the configured interface label IDs used for AWS Transit Gateway Network Manager VPN connection orchestration. Returns a 2D array where the first element contains primary interface label IDs and the second contains backup interface label IDs. Note: AWS TGNM integration only supports primary interfaces; backup interface configuration will result in a validation error.
