Retrieves Inter-Segment Destination NAT (DNAT) policies configured in Orchestrator. These policies define traffic translation rules for cross-segment communication in VRF environments. Without srcSegmentId, returns all policies grouped by source segment. With srcSegmentId, returns policies for that specific segment only.
