Retrieves subnet configuration, peer information, and module statistics for all VRF segments on a specified appliance. The response structure varies based on appliance version and VRF configuration: for VRF-enabled appliances (9.0.0.0+) with VRF enabled, returns data keyed by VRF segment ID; otherwise, data is wrapped under 'NotSupported' key. Internally uses version-appropriate appliance API (/subnets/all, /subnets3/all, or /subnets3/all/vrfs).
