Retrieves the hash code (version identifier) for port protocol classification data, which includes IP Protocol, TCP Port, and UDP Port mappings. This hash is used for cache validation and synchronization with Cloud Portal. If no data exists locally, the endpoint returns '0' and triggers a background job to fetch classification data from the portal. If a previous fetch job failed (alarm exists), it automatically retries.
