Update stats retention notification dismissal status

Creates or updates the stats retention notification configuration. Used to dismiss or re-enable the notification banner. Requires READ_WRITE role. Logs the action to the system audit log.

Configuration object for stats retention notification dismissal status. Used to track which user has dismissed the notification and prevent repeated display.

boolean

Indicates whether the stats retention notification has been dismissed. When true, the notification will not be shown to users.

The username of the Orchestrator user who last modified the notification status.
