Create or update RBAC user access customization

Creates a new RBAC assignment or updates an existing one for a user. If the user already has an assignment, it is replaced. The user's active session is terminated after the update to apply new permissions.

Represents a user's RBAC access customization including role and asset assignments.

Appliance access group name that defines which appliances the user can access. Required if roles value is not provided.
