Retrieves a list of all ECOS/VXOA software images available on the Orchestrator. Images are scanned from the ftp/images directory and include both manually uploaded (.img/.zip) files and portal-downloaded images (prefixed with 'pdimage-'). Corrupted image files are automatically deleted during retrieval.
