Update DHCP profiler configuration

Updates the DHCP profiler (IP helper) configuration on the specified appliance. Validates IP addresses and segment names before pushing to the appliance. If an IP helper address is empty, it defaults to 0.0.0.0 with segment 'Default' and vrfId '0'.
