Retrieves the current polling interval in seconds for synchronizing Azure LAN-side connectivity resources. This interval determines how frequently the system fetches the latest Virtual WAN Hub, Route Server, and Internal Load Balancer configurations from the Azure portal. The default interval is 14400 seconds (4 hours).
