Retrieves traffic behavior classification categories and configuration from the cloud portal. The data is cached locally and synchronized periodically with the portal. If no cached data exists, a background job is triggered to fetch the latest data and an empty object is returned immediately. Traffic behavior categories include: Voice, Video conferencing, Video Streaming, Bulk Data, Interactive, Idle, and Undetermined.
