Retrieve tunnel IKE identifiers for a service provider

http://127.0.0.1:8080/thirdPartyServices/serviceOrchestration/tunnelIdentifiers

Returns local and remote IKE identifiers for all configured pass-through tunnels associated with a service provider. The identifiers are used for IPsec tunnel authentication and are organized by appliance, interface label, and remote endpoint.
