Get aggregate top talkers destination statistics

http://127.0.0.1:8080/stats/aggregate/topTalkers/destinations

Retrieves aggregated destination statistics for top bandwidth talkers across specified appliances. Returns traffic metrics (bytes, packets, flows) grouped by destination IP. When sourceIp is provided, results are filtered to show destinations for that specific source. Use 'Others' as sourceIp value to query destinations for empty/unknown source IPs.
