Delete user-defined meter flow application definition

Deletes a user-defined DPI (Deep Packet Inspection) meter flow application definition. After deletion, the merged meter flow data and hashcode are automatically recalculated and updated. Requires READ_WRITE permission.

Unique meter flow identifier (mid) of the user-defined application to delete. This ID is assigned when the application is created.
